High Capacity Flange Mounted Spring Loaded Ball Transfer Units - 97 Series

Omnitrack spring loaded heavy duty ball units feature internal springs, pre-stressed to support 12-1000 kgs (26-2200 lbs) prior to deflection to allow omnidirectional conveying. Full retraction of the ball at maximum deflection. Base flange fitted with countersunk fixing retention holes for high profile ffitting.

Once accurate positioning has been achieved, additional force can be applied causing the springs to deflect and fully retract the main ball within the housing. Ideal where shock loads are present or load equalisation or limitation is required.

Alternative material upgrades include stainless steel options to meet the needs of the most difficult working environments.
