Omnitrack Returns and Shipping
We appreciate your business – if there is ever any issue with our product or delivery, please contact us – we’ll make every effort to put things right!
Payment for orders placed through our website will be processed by either Omnitrack North America Limited or Autoset Production Limited.
We’re happy to consider returned goods (for refund or exchange) up to 14 days after your delivery date. We don’t normally accept returns after 14 days have elapsed. When making a return, items should be unused/in the same condition that you received them. Original packaging ensures the items are delivered safely to us – if you do not have the original packaging let us know so we can check that repackaging will not damage return shipments. If you purchased the items from a reseller or distributor we’d like a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase from them. Naturally, if you purchased the item direct from Omnitrack we should be able to trace you in our systems, but your order details and dates would assist us in doing so.
If we’ve made a mistake, short deliver, items arrive in a damaged condition we’ll make every effort to put things right straight away! If necessary, we will replace or refunding (in full) the error.
We’re happy to partially refund goods when…
Where goods are returned un-used and in a re-sellable condition. You will be responsible for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Returned goods normally incur a 25% handling/restocking fee (exclusive of any transport costs).

We produce ‘special’ units which are made to your specific requirements/application.

Our simple refund process
Once you have contacted us,we will either arrange collection of the goods or ask you to arrange delivery to us. As soon as we’ve had a chance to inspect your return (typically within 7 days), we’ll send you an email that we have received your returned item and let you know our decision about the return and any rebate that we are happy to offer. If we need more time to examine the units in detail,we will also let you know at this point.
If you’re approved, then your refund will typically be processed within 5-7 days thereon. We normally apply a credit to the original method of payment when the order was placed; for example PayPal or credit card, so we may need your card details again as this is not retained.
We’ll replace any items if they are defective, damaged by it’s our mistake. We will do this as fast as it’s possible to do this so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know how to proceed.
We may want to discuss your claim further with you and will be in touch to do some and we endeavor to resolve all claims within 4 weeks from receipt.
- It depends where you live in the world, we will do our best for you,but bear in mind it may take a little while for your exchange product to reach you.
- We would always recommend using a traceable shipping service when returning goods (if you are organising the transport back to us) just to make sure we receive the item promptly.

No – and we want to keep it that way. At Omnitrack we do not believe in minimum order or minimum value charges and can deliver as few or as many units as you require… directly
