esfera principal saliente e portadora de carga. Esse projeto robusto e de baixo ru\u00eddo foi concebido para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es que exigem orienta\u00e7\u00e3o convencional (esfera &#8220;para cima&#8221;). Essa barra \u00e9 tratada termicamente para fornecer uma c\u00e2mara hemisf\u00e9rica resistente ao desgaste para as esferas de recircula\u00e7\u00e3o (pequenas) que suportam a esfera principal saliente e de suporte de carga.<\/p>\n<p>A maioria das tampas superiores s\u00e3o usinadas com precis\u00e3o em a\u00e7o s\u00f3lido, para proteger contra itens desalinhados ou danos por impacto durante o funcionamento. As unidades com esfera principal de 22 mm de di\u00e2metro, ou maior, incorporam um feltro de veda\u00e7\u00e3o para reduzir a entrada de detritos e evitar contamina\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>As unidades de transfer\u00eancia de esferas de carga a\u00e9rea, das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnitrack.com\/br\/unidades-de-transferencia-de-esferas\/carga-media\/series-mv-mw-mx-unidade-de-transferencia-de-esferas-para-carga-aerea\/\">s\u00e9ries MX, MV e MW<\/a>, de servi\u00e7o m\u00e9dio, n\u00e3o possuem feltro de veda\u00e7\u00e3o. Elas s\u00e3o projetadas para drenagem de fluxo r\u00e1pido e expuls\u00e3o de fluidos e res\u00edduos contaminantes por meio de v\u00e1rios canais de drenagem adicionais patenteados.<\/p>\n<p>As unidades de esfera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnitrack.com\/br\/unidades-de-transferencia-de-esferas\/carga-media\/serie-mi-unidade-de-transferencia-de-esferas-internal-com-rosca-interna\/\">MI76<\/a> podem ser reparadas pelo usu\u00e1rio com kits de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis. Entretanto, outras unidades de transfer\u00eancia de esferas para servi\u00e7os m\u00e9dios s\u00e3o lubrificadas e vedadas para a vida toda.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<div class=\"row cpn-section\">\n<div class=\"col\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"row cpn-section\">\n<div class=\"col\">\n<h3>E quanto aos ambientes operacionais \u00famidos e sujos?<\/h3>\n<p>A especifica\u00e7\u00e3o do material padr\u00e3o utiliza uma carca\u00e7a de a\u00e7o de carbono ferroso endurecido e esferas de a\u00e7o cromado. Eles s\u00e3o ideais para ambientes operacionais limpos e secos.<\/p>\n<p>Outras condi\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais dif\u00edceis podem exigir outros materiais mais adequados ao ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>As altas temperaturas e ambientes corrosivos exigem a\u00e7o inox. Ele resiste melhor a ambientes operacionais com altas temperaturas, produtos qu\u00edmicos e corrosivos:- Unidades de transfer\u00eancia de esferas de a\u00e7o inox (Sufixo &#8220;SS&#8221;). Todas as pe\u00e7as em a\u00e7o inox para m\u00e1xima resist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Somente esferas de a\u00e7o inox com sufixo &#8220;A&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnitrack.com\/br\/unidades-de-transferencia-de-esferas\/carga-media\/series-mv-mw-mx-unidade-de-transferencia-de-esferas-para-carga-aerea\/\">MW30<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnitrack.com\/br\/unidades-de-transferencia-de-esferas\/carga-media\/series-mv-mw-mx-unidade-de-transferencia-de-esferas-para-carga-aerea\/\">MW45<\/a> incorporam esferas de a\u00e7o inox e um copo interno revestido em a\u00e7o inox (pista de esferas).<\/p>\n<p>O a\u00e7o inox AISI420 tem uma dureza menor do que os materiais padr\u00e3o. Portanto, reduza a capacidade m\u00e1xima de carga conforme especificado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<div class=\"row cpn-section\">\n<div class=\"col\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"row cpn-section\">\n<div class=\"col\">\n<h3>Por que especificar esferas de pl\u00e1stico?<\/h3>\n<p>As unidades de transfer\u00eancia de esferas de pl\u00e1stico usam esferas de pl\u00e1stico POM mais macias feitas de Delrin (\u00e0s vezes tamb\u00e9m chamadas de n\u00e1ilon, n\u00e1ilon 66 ou acetal) e podem ser especificadas com o sufixo &#8220;D&#8221; (por exemplo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnitrack.com\/br\/unidades-de-transferencia-de-esferas\/carga-media\/serie-m-unidade-de-transferencia-de-esferas-de-encaixe-por-pressao\/\">M14D<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Embora o material pl\u00e1stico mais macio reduza a capacidade de carga da unidade de esfera, ele proporciona um ponto de contato mais macio com o item transportado e reduz a possibilidade de marca\u00e7\u00e3o de superf\u00edcies delicadas ou pintadas.
